As used in this Privacy Policy, the term “Site” includes all of our Services websites, pages that are associated with or within each website, mobile application and all devices, applications or services that we operate or offer that link to this Policy.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes and governs how we collect, use, share, and protect information collected in the context of our Services. Before using or submitting any information through or in connection with the Services, please carefully review this Policy. By using any part of the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in this Policy. Information That You Provide Directly to Us

Creation of YoorKids (adult) Account

When you register for our Services or open an account, we collect your contact and login details, legal name, and any information you choose to provide us (such as a profile picture). We also collect a password and or passcode to secure your account. If you have any questions about or wish to review or correct the information we maintain about you, you may send an email to the email address or mailing address set forth under “Contacting YoorKids”.

Creation of Payment Account

When you send a Coin or a Gift in the Site, we require additional contact details (such as your address and date of birth), and any information you choose to provide us to verify bank account ownership. For the verification process we will request the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). We do not save your SSN to our database or within the Site and only use this to provide to our payment processor for verification purposes.

Our payment processors collect your payment method details (bank account for ACH payment) and other information necessary to process the money transfer.

Creation of a Child Profile

You may choose to create a child profile that allows you to setup a receiving account to receive gifts for the benefit of that child, view coins and content sent to that profile or activate that profile to remove all money transmission and balance functionalities. When you create a Child Profile in the Site, we collect the child’s name or nickname and information you choose to provide us (such as a profile picture, gifting events, date of birth, etc.). We understand the sensitivity of your child’s personal information and will limit our use of it to provide you with the Services.

Creation of a Receiving Account

Our payment processors collect and maintain information related to your withdrawal of funds for any Recipient. This additional information may include your email, financial destination account information and identity verification details and documents. If you choose to verify this account further details will be required, including your date of birth, address, last 4 digits of your SSN. We do not save your SSN and only use this to provide to our payment processor.

Gifting to someone without a application profile

Our payment processors collect your payment method details (credit card or bank account for ACH payment) and other information necessary to process Gifts. We collect the recipient’s contact information, such as name, phone number and email.

Coin Details and Content

When you create a coin, you can add digital media, such as gifs, photos, videos, etc. Any content included on a coin that you choose to add may be available to the public to use, view and share, including both us, other users, your connection and the receivers connection in the Site. Please be considerate and respectful of others while using the Site and sharing media. We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to review and monitor such content or any other content on our Services, and to remove content that may be viewed as inappropriate or offensive to others.

Social Media

If you engage with us on social media, we may gather the information you post. Remember that your comments will be publicly visible, so it’s important not to disclose any personal information you want to keep confidential.

Third Party Data

You can choose to provide us with information relating to third parties, including sharing your application profile and inviting others to join or send gifts in the Site with family and friends. We request access to information stored in your device’s address book, such as: names, email addresses, phone numbers of your contacts (collectively, “Third Party Data”).

If you use any feature of the Services that allows you to communicate with third parties (such as to refer a third party to the Services or to communicate with them regarding a campaign or a Gift), either by submitting Third Party Data to the Services or otherwise permitting the Services to automatically access Third Party Data in your possession, you acknowledge and agree that you have the authority of the relevant third party for us to access and use the relevant Third Party Data and that you have notified these third parties and informed them how their information is collected and used by us to provide the Services.

We reserve the right to identify you as the person who has made the referral in any messages that are sent to them. We use Third Party Data to contact the third party using the data provided and may provide you with an editable default message to support your communication with the third party through the Services. We may send reminders or related messages to you and the third party on your behalf where permitted by applicable law. All communications sent to third parties will provide a means to “opt out” or “unsubscribe” of the receipt of further similar communication.

Other Users of Our Services

We provide your information to other users of our Services if you choose to make your information publicly available in a publicly accessible area of the Services. This includes other users seeing your child profile, gifts, coins and contents of the coin if you agreed on connecting with the other user.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information for children under the age of 18 years. THIRD PARTY PARTNERS

We utilize partners to handle help gifters send money to senders. By creating an account in Our Services, you explicitly give consent for us to share your contact and financial account information with partners in order to establish and support your account.
